Drawing Near The End..

     Today is Friday the 16th, and we are almost at the end of this project. My Music video has really shaped up since the last blog. I got some input from some fellow students and how their music videos have turned out. This production from start to finish took over a month because of thanksgiving break and the holiday season. It gets very busy and hard to work collectively with people on a project. For this project, Just like the last production, I used my iPhone to film. Using an iPhone is just so simple and easy. It has an integrated camera that shoots in 4k quality and to edit all I have to do is select the clips and transfer them. It is extremely simple and the most convenient way to do this. I have covered a lot of content regarding this production. I don't have much more to cover there is just a few things. Coming up I have many exams as the semester is concluding which puts a lot of stress on myself. I am quite pleased with myself though because I did not wait until the final deadline date to start my work. I have time managed very well. I felt the need to spread everything out and do little pieces at a time so I could minimize my stress. This worked out very well for me as now I do not have to worry about getting things done last minute. There is nothing really else to cover but the fact that my video has been successful. I also feel that I am more comfortable with myself in this class. This is my final production blog of sic and my production ahs come to an end. I still have to submit my video and do my CCR but this is farewell for now.

 Hello again!!! Today is Monday and I am back for the first production blog of this project and I am very excited that I have completed my filming of the opening scene. This scene has begun by setting the tone for the horror film which will unfold scene by scene. With each passing day my momentum of filming gains traction and I am starting to get into a groove. With my opening scene I filmed it in my girlfriends room and played with lighting and other factors. I did not want it to be too bright as that would give too much of an energetic vibe and that is not the tone of the film at all. Instead of turning on the celing lights I used a lamp as it was moodier and not as in your face. Another tactic that I used was to add props to give a further meaning to the character in the film. My girlfriend has done an amazing job being the actor so far and I really enjoy being the filmer. Closing Time...

 Hello again, today is March 9th, and I am almost at the end of this project. My movie has really shaped up since the last blog which was my start to the editing process. I got some input from some fellow students and how their productions have turned out. And mine may not be the best but I am still happy with how it has turned out. This production from start to finish took over a month because Junior year has been really hard and I have been trying to juggle SAT and ACT prep while keeping up with my grades and all my other work / tests.
