 Hello! Today is Thursday, February 29th, and today was film day (also leap year). I finished filming my movie and I think I got everything that I need to be able to edit and put it all together.   The filming process wasn’t very hard. It took a lot of time to get everything right. I feel like there’s still might be some gaps that I need to fill, but I will figure that out when I get to the editing process in the next blog. I decided to film at night because it added more suspense and drama to the film. In daylight, it would seem more joyful and happy. I feel less gruesome. I added dialogue to build upon the story as well. The conversations between the actors help portray the message and ultimately lead to the solving of the issue. It’s very brief and not too far into depth. I did not have the budget provide professional lighting or props and costumes. however, I may do with what I had and ultimately it came out okay.  Good morning, today is the 28th of February, and I am back for another blog. Today is Wednesday and I am planning to complete my filming on Thursday which is tomorrow. It has been going good so far but I do not want to fall behind. I have to get it done so I have enough time to edit and make everything perfect for my project. I am planning to do it on Friday because my girlfriend is available to help me with filming and I need her to be able to do it. She has been a huge help in the project as she is the actor and I am just showcasing my editing and filming skills. I am not a good actor by any means and I feel like I would mess it up if i was the main actor. I may still be featured in the film but I did not want to be the center face of the movie. Filming this project has been hard and has come with challenges of its own.   Hello, today is the 26th of February and I have had a busy week so far. On Friday I am planning to film some more shots to get for my movie and finish it all once and for all. The filming process for this project got delayed and delayed. I am anxious to make this perfect and very cool. I love to be a part of the filming process and to add my creative input. I truly hope that it comes out better than I imagined it to be on paper or in my head. I have all of the previous footage from my first time filming and I need to go through it and choose the shots I want to use in the coming days. I am gonna film again later if I need just so everything is just right and I hope that all goes well for all of it. I don't really know what else to add to this blog, I hope everything goes according to plan so that I can meet my due date without any problems.  Good Morning, today is Saturday, February 24th and I am back with another blog. Today I finished working on my post card and I think I did good. I set dates for the showings which are relative to when my project is due. I also used a photo from my filming as the cover and it looks great. I added a title to the post card as well and my title is "The Escape". Also for the past few days, I've been putting a lot of effort into working on my website. It's been a pretty exciting journey, especially because I'm focusing on showcasing my film. I've been carefully planning out how I want the website to look and what kind of content I want to include to really highlight the essence of my film to build meaning and emotions. It's an ongoing project and there's still a lot more work that needs to be done. I've been brainstorming ideas for how to organize the website to make it easy for visitors to navigate and understand what my film is all about. From select

I am back and today is Thursday, February 22nd and I have been working on my project more and more. I still need to get more takes and shots for my film. I think that it could be good and bad to film as much as possible. It just takes a lot of time and coordination. It is good because it will help my film be better and more detailed with as many and the best takes that I can have. But it can be bad because I am slowly running out of time. It is very hard to fit my schedule in with no obstructions because I am unable to film in school so I have to make time that aligns with my actor as well. I am always so busy and have so many things going on. The filming process for this project gets delayed and delayed.  Hi, friends! Today is Wednesday, February 21st and I am back with another production blog. Today is a little weird because I haven't filmed since Monday and I have been swamped with work at school. I have been home most of the week because I have been sick again and a lot of people around school have been getting sick recently and I do not know why. So with that said I have not been able to meet with my girlfriend (actress). I have everything ready, done, and planned out how I want it to be to portray the best message, I just need time to film and get all of the shots I need for each scene. Another thing that I need to work on is my website and my post card. I think this afternoon I am going to start on the post card but I still need a picture from my filming day to be able to put on the post card as the backdrop.  Hello!! Today is Thursday the 15th and I am back with my second production blog. Today is a little weird because I haven't been able to film all week . I have been trying to fit it in but life has been really busy. So with that said I need to find another time to film again and get this project on a good path to success. I have everything ready and planned out, I just need time to film and get all of the other shots I need. This can be really tricky because my schedule is always changing and because I play a sport full time and try to practice as much as possible.  Which in a sense is a good thing but it makes it super tricky when it comes to planning a good filming day.  I have also planned to bring all the props and costumes when I plan to film and I am quite sure it will go smoothly.  I want to take my time and be professional with this project as it is my final one in this course and I hope that I can see improvements from my very first production which was the commercial that

 Hello again!!! Today is Monday and I am back for the first production blog of this project and I am very excited that I have completed my filming of the opening scene. This scene has begun by setting the tone for the horror film which will unfold scene by scene. With each passing day my momentum of filming gains traction and I am starting to get into a groove. With my opening scene I filmed it in my girlfriends room and played with lighting and other factors. I did not want it to be too bright as that would give too much of an energetic vibe and that is not the tone of the film at all. Instead of turning on the celing lights I used a lamp as it was moodier and not as in your face. Another tactic that I used was to add props to give a further meaning to the character in the film. My girlfriend has done an amazing job being the actor so far and I really enjoy being the filmer. I am using my iPhone in cinematic mode because the quality is very good and it is shot in 4k resolution. I also
