Rollin' into 2023

 


        I am back again for my third project and I am more excited than ever and I am looking forward to this as I have learned so many things through the first two projects. In case you forgot about me I play baseball and golf but nowadays it is mainly golf.  Golf has helped me a lot with my mental thinking. You continue to get faced with so many challenges you don't even realize. It's a complete mental game, if your head isn't in the game, you are for sure not going to succeed and that goes for anything in life. I also enjoy working at the golf course. I work at the golf course over the entire summer and I get to meet some amazing people along with getting great life experiences. Along with playing golf I enjoy boating. Me and my girlfriend go on the boat quite often. We don't really get the chance anymore because of school and after school activities but we still try to do as much as possible. I enjoy going out on the water because it is very peaceful and calming. It can be very relaxing when you don't really have to worry about much. I also like the boat because we go wake boarding and tubing. Wake boarding is extremely fun and oddly addicting. Hydro foiling is addictive too. I can go out on that thing for hours and hours just trying to perfect it. Another thing about me is I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am always with my friends, even if we are doing stuff or not. We go to dinners, go on drives, go to concerts and just have fun. I love my family so much, especially my grandma. She is always there looking out for me and seeing if I ever need anything. She buys me clothes and other essentials to keep me sharp and at my best version of me. I enjoy my life so much and I think that no one should take life for granted. Throughout all of the fun things in my life I still enjoy going to school and learning new things everyday to better myself. Doing good on tests and schoolwork makes me happy and very proud of myself.

  Starting off for the third project I will finally not be working alone. I am going to be in a group with 3 other students from my Aice Mediastudies class. My group mates are Zane Royer, Jackson Hirsch, and Kyle Ford. I want to work in a group this time because I feel it will be more efficient. I will have to meet up with other classmates and have to work along with their schedules but that shouldn't be a real complication. Working in a group also means I can be collaborative but I will have to compromise on an idea with my group. I can get work done efficiently on my own time and also have help from the three other people to be maximized in efficiency. During this project I will be able to express my own interests as well as everyone else's. I also want to use my own personal style to add to our project. A great update!

 Hello! I am back after spring break and all energized again. This break was well needed and I also feel well deserved. Today was our first day back to school in over a week and I got to see everyone and be back into the swing of things. I met with my group today and realized that a problem had raised so concerns. We had a hard time figuring out when to film because none of the could do anyday after-school this week. We tried to find a day that worked and we agreed on Tuesday but Zane later came up with a way better solution. I cannot meet with my group this weekend because I am going out of town for my birthday which is on April 3rd. I was kinda upset but there wasn’t anything I could do to help my group. With this said zane came up with a good idea. He and the other two group mates will meet over the weekend while I am gone and film. I know it leaves me out but it is the only way. Genre Research: Baby Driver

  This movie has extreme conventions when it relates to cars within it. Our movie can relate as we intend it to be heavily revolved around cars. With our plot being based off a mechanical life, the ability to use cars to create entertaining action scenes is important, and this movie does it very well. This movie focuses on the drivers of the spectrum and the people, but it still remains to be action packed. Some examples of conventions we like in this movie that help our specific genre are the chase scenes. In this movie, during chase scenes the editors make explosions and other crazy effects to draw the attention of the audience. Also, there are a lot of guns and violent scenes that help contribute to the genre of action.
