A costume idea 

Schedule
I am unsure of what the schedule is to come I am pretty open to any date to film and construct my production idea. I am not restrained to any particular day or time because I do not need to meet with a whole group.

Props
Since I decided to film a horror movie my main props are ; Vintage photographs that depict mysterious or disturbing scenes add an element of mystery and hint at a dark history. Broken or distorted mirrors, reflecting distorted images, contribute to a feeling of disorientation and supernatural presence. Creepy religious artifacts, like altered or twisted religious symbols, add a sense of sacrilege and demonic presence. Creepy children's toys, such as modified vintage toys with menacing features, create a sense of childhood innocence gone wrong. Abandoned or decaying furniture covered in dust, cobwebs, or remnants of past horrors contribute to an atmosphere of decay and abandonment. Creepy masks or disguises with unsettling features hide the true intentions and identities of characters, adding mystery and fear. Disturbing artwork or sculptures depicting grotesque scenes contribute to a sense of unease and abnormality. When used strategically with appropriate lighting, sound effects, and cinematography, these props effectively create an eerie and unsettling atmosphere in my horror film.

Film Location

My filming locations will be at my house along with my girlfriends house. It all depends on my availability and when and where I will be when I need to film certain parts of the video. There will be a lot of shots that need to be outside during the day and night. I will also use the floors in the house along with hallways and such to add different locations and show development throughout the plot.

Health and Safety Protocols 

For health and safety, I decided to bring a first aid kit on set in case anyone gets injured during the film-making process. Also, one of my parents who volunteered to supervise while we are film-making. The supervisors will also have access to the phone that can dial 911. If anyone gets hurt. I don't think anyone could get hurt but it is always good to be safe than sorry because someone could break a leg by falling down the stair and etc. 

Backup Plan

If my schedule is not clear nor my filmer or actors and we do not have enough time then I will have to reschedule my filming day to a later date to accommodate these things. If I cannot access my filming location due to not being home on a particular day I will have to reschedule and do it another day as well.

 Hello again!!! Today is Monday and I am back for the first production blog of this project and I am very excited that I have completed my filming of the opening scene. This scene has begun by setting the tone for the horror film which will unfold scene by scene. With each passing day my momentum of filming gains traction and I am starting to get into a groove. With my opening scene I filmed it in my girlfriends room and played with lighting and other factors. I did not want it to be too bright as that would give too much of an energetic vibe and that is not the tone of the film at all. Instead of turning on the celing lights I used a lamp as it was moodier and not as in your face. Another tactic that I used was to add props to give a further meaning to the character in the film. My girlfriend has done an amazing job being the actor so far and I really enjoy being the filmer. Closing Time...

 Hello again, today is March 9th, and I am almost at the end of this project. My movie has really shaped up since the last blog which was my start to the editing process. I got some input from some fellow students and how their productions have turned out. And mine may not be the best but I am still happy with how it has turned out. This production from start to finish took over a month because Junior year has been really hard and I have been trying to juggle SAT and ACT prep while keeping up with my grades and all my other work / tests. It gets very busy. For this project, just like all my other productions, I used my iPhone to film. Using an iPhone is just so simple and easy. It has an integrated camera that shoots in 4k quality and to edit all I have to do is select the clips and transfer them. It is extremely simple and the most convenient way to do this. The characterisation in the short film is not limited, the names of the characters are known to the audience but not too deep into depths.
